Focus: Motion offense patterns + backside scoring options.
0:00 – 0:08 | Dynamic Agility Warm-Up with Stick
Cone Weave + Switch Hands on Return – 4 cones, 5 yds apart. Sprint weave forward, switch hands halfway back.
Sprint → Scoop GB → Pass to Coach – ball placed on ground at cone, sprint, scoop, protect stick, pass on the run.
Juke at Cone + Roll Dodge to Outside – plant hard, roll away from cone, accelerate 5 yds.
0:08 – 0:15 | Partner Stickwork – “On-the-Move Challenge”
(3 stations, rotate twice)
Pass & Follow – pass, run to receive in the next spot, keep feet moving.
Crossover Run Passing – players cross paths every pass; forces quick hand change.
Give & Go Finish – pass, cut hard, get feed back for quick shot.
0:15 – 0:27 | 2v1 to 3v2 Continuous GB Breaks
Coach rolls GB → 2v1 to goal → on whistle, next player joins for 3v2 → nonstop rotation.
Focus: Quick first pass, immediate decision after ground ball win.
0:27 – 0:37 | Double Team & Fire Drill
Offense: dodger is double-teamed from adjacent.
Defense: double, recover, fill backside.
Rotate O/D roles quickly.
0:37 – 0:50 | Offense Install – Quick Hitter “Sweep to Skip”
Middie sweeps across top → draws slide → skips to backside wing → wing feeds crease or shoots.
Run from both lefty/righty sweeps.
0:50 – 1:02 | Defense – Crease Collapse & Re-Expand
Ball starts behind X → feed to crease → defense collapses hard → ball kicked out → defense sprints back out to cover.
Key: Close hard, recover faster.
1:02 – 1:18 | Controlled 6v6 – Play Call Drill
Coach calls set (“Pairs,” “1-3-2,” “Quick Hitter”) mid-possession; offense must instantly change shape.
Defense reacts and adjusts.
1:18 – 1:30 | Conditioning Finisher
8x 20 yd sprints, last 2 are all-out races between pairs.

Backpedal Pass – both players backpedal while exchanging passes.

Pressure Catch/Shoot – feeder closes space quickly before passing; shooter reacts fast.
0:15 – 0:27 | Continuous GB Battle into Fast Break
1v1 GB fight → winner pushes to 4v3 with wings breaking wide.
Immediate reset after each rep.
0:27 – 0:37 | End-Line Set Plays
Install 2 quick hitters from end-line:
Pick at GLE for Cutter
Crease Seal for Backside Skip
Run live with defenders after walkthrough.
0:37 – 0:50 | Offense Install – Adjacent Pick & Slip
Wing dodger gets pick → picker slips immediately to open space.
Emphasize reading defender’s position before slipping.
0:50 – 1:02 | Defense – Adjacent Doubles with Recovery
Start in 5v5.
Adjacent double when dodger initiates → backside rotates and fills crease.
1:02 – 1:15 | Ride Chaos Drill
6 offensive players ride vs. 6 clearing defenders.
Goal: cause turnover in first 10 seconds or force bad clear.
1:15 – 1:28 | Live Scrimmage – “Special Situations”
Coach calls out: Man-Up, Man-Down, 30 Seconds Left, Up 1, Down 1.
Teams run situational lacrosse at full pace.
1:18 – 1:30 | Conditioning Finisher
8x 20 yd sprints, last 2 are all-out races between pairs.
