Focus: Full game simulation, situational mastery, and special teams under fatigue.

0:00–0:08 | Ladder Agility Warm-Up (no Stick) 

  1. Two foot forwards: 2 feet in each square moving forward → sprint out 5 yds.

  2. Ickey Shuffle – 2 feet in, 1 foot out, quick lateral steps → sprint out 5 yds.

  3. Lateral In/Out – 2 feet in, 2 feet out, lateral steps

0:08–0:16 | 2 Cone Throwback Drills (4 min per drill - 2 min per Left & Right Hands ) 

 3-4 players at station

  • Step Back: Player 1 runs to cone 1 → Cuts hard to their right, steps back, turns to the inside → Throws back to Player in line

  • Roll away: Player 1 runs to cone 1 → Punches stick to outside and follows stick → Turns and throws back to Player in line

0:16–0:31 | Game Simulation – Half Field Offense vs. Defense

  • Offense runs full playbook: fast break, invert, sweep-to-skip, and motion set.

  • Defense uses all man-down rotations, hot calls, and slide packages.

  • Coach blows whistle after 20–30 seconds to simulate possession change.

0:31–0:43 | Special Teams – “Chaos Changeover” Drill

  • Start with man-down clear → ride tries to hold.

  • If cleared, offense sets up man-up.

  • Run continuously until turnover or goal.

  • Rotate through 2 teams plus sub group.

0:43–0:58 | Situational Scrimmage – Rapid Reset

  • Coach yells scenarios mid-play:

    • “Down 2, 1 min!”

    • “Up 1, 30 sec, ball in corner!”

  • Teams react instantly; no stoppages unless teaching moment is critical.

0:58–1:06 | Clearing/Riding – Full Field Pressure

  • Clearing team starts deep; ride locks off all outlets.

  • Clearing team must cross midfield within 15 seconds.

1:06–1:12 | Conditioning – “Game Finishers”

  • 5 x 40-yard sprints, then 1 x 80-yard sprint.

  • All from lacrosse-ready stance.

  • 15-second rest between reps to simulate end-of-game fatigue.

Focus: Championship simulation — all systems live.

0:00–0:08 | Cone Agility Box Drill

  1. Square Drill: 4 Cone 5 yards apart. Starting at cone 1 → Sprint to the cone 2 → Shuffle to the cone 3 → Backpedal to the cone 4 → Shuffle to cone 1.

  2. X Drill: 4 Cone 5 yards apart. Starting at cone 1 → crossover to cone 3 → shuffle to cone 2 → back reverse crossover to cone 4 → Shuffle to cone 1.

  3. L Drill: 3 Cones 5 yards apart. Starting at cone 1 → Sprint to cone 2 → Sprint back to cone 1 → Sprint around cone 2 → Loop around cone 3 → Sprint back around cone 2 and back to cone 1

0:08–0:16 | 2 Cone Throwback Drills (4 min per drill - 2 min per Left & Right Hands ) 3-4 players at station

  • Split Back: Player 1 runs to cone 1 → Punches stick to outside and follows stick → Switches stick to opposite hand and runs back to cone 1 while throwing to Player in line

  • Split Roll: Player 1 split doges running to cone 1  → Punches stick to outside and follows stick

0:16–0:36 | Full Field Scrimmage – “Four Quarter” Format

  • Run 4 mini-quarters, 5 minutes each.

  • Timeouts allowed; coaches call set plays; subs managed like a real game.

  • Keep score and stats to maintain game intensity.

0:36–0:48 | Man-Up/Man-Down Mastery

  • 2 min man-up, immediate switch to 2 min man-down for same group.

  • Forces mental sharpness and transition awareness.

0:48–0:58 | Ride-to-Score Drill

  • Start with ride pressure.

  • If turnover is forced, offense attacks immediately.

  • Ride group earns points for quick turnovers; offense earns points for goals within 10 seconds.

0:58–1:06 | Final Competition – “Sudden Death Showdown”

  • Tie game, first goal wins.

  • Play starts at different spots each round: midfield faceoff, endline restart, or ride situation.
