5/6 WEEK 5 / PRACTICE 1
WK.5 — P1
Focus: Crease motion offense, reading transition numbers, high-pressure defense
0:00–0:08 | Agility + Stick Work
Sprint → Lateral Hop → Sprint: Sprint 10 yds, hop over stick laterally 4x, sprint another 10 yds.
Sprint → Scoop GB → Dodge at Cone: Scoop in stride, split dodge at cone, shoot/pass on run.

Off-ball players must cut/rotate around the crease man.
Teaches spacing, crease feeds, and timing around congestion.
0:18–0:28 | Partner Passing – Crease Feeds Under Pressure
Feeder passes into crease man who has stick in triple-threat position.
Crease man quick-sticks or power cradles through contact for finish.
Rotate feeder/finisher roles.
0:28–0:38 | Position-Specific (Live)
Attack: Crease seal → rotate to backside, feed cutter.
Midfield: Dodge from top, draw slide, hit crease or backside skip.
Defense: Top-down slide to crease, recover to original man.
Goalie: Communicate slide direction early.
0:38–0:48 | Offense Install – “Crease Seal”
Wing attack seals crease defender; top middie dodges alley.
If seal works, feed crease for quick finish; if not, hit skip to opposite wing.
Drill both sides, live defenders.
0:48–0:58 | Advanced Transition Drill – “Double Break”
Run 4v3 fast break immediately followed by 5v4 secondary break.
O pushes pace; D must communicate through both phases.

Focus: angle play, active stick, constant foot movement.
