Focus: Full-field conditioning through gameplay, aggressive riding/clearing, quick offensive reads, and closing games under pressure.
0:00–0:08 | Agility + Stick Work
Sprint → Backpedal → Sprint (20 yds): Game-speed transition footwork.
GB Scoop in Traffic: 4 players in small box, coach rolls ball in — winner scoops & clears.
Cradle + Burst: 5 quick cradles, explode to next cone, switch hands mid-run.
Coaching Points: Keep hips low on backpedal, GB scoops clean, change speeds.
0:08–0:18 | Small-Sided – 4v4 Full-Field Clear & Ride
Half team rides, half clears from goalie.
Play until offense scores or defense clears over midline.
Switch roles every rep.
Forces constant sprinting + decision-making under pressure.
0:18–0:28 | Partner Passing – Pressure Passing
Partner 1 starts with passive D on them.
Pass to Partner 2 → defender turns live.
Partner 2 must move feet & protect stick before passing back.
Rotate D every rep.
0:28–0:38 | Position-Specific (Live Contact)
Attack: Protect stick under heavy pressure, use rollback + V-cut to get open.
Midfield: Split dodge → re-dodge if forced out.
Defense: Lift bottom hand, force bad angles without overcommitting.
Goalie: Make save, quick 3-step outlet, handle rider in face.
0:38–0:48 | Offensive Install – “Late Clock Motion”
30 seconds on clock, ball starts up top.
Run quick motion: initiate dodge, swing ball backside, crease cut for finish.
Every player touches ball.
Walk-through → live with clock pressure.
0:48–0:58 | Defensive Drill – End-Game Stop
Offense starts with 1-goal lead, 45 seconds left.
Defense must press, double if needed, and get ball back.
Offense works to protect ball & kill clock.
0:58–1:08 | Full-Field Transition – 6v5 Continuous
Coach starts with GB → outlet to offense.
Run 6v5 to shot, then immediately outlet to next team coming down opposite way.
High pace, minimal stoppage.
1:08–1:18 | Championship Scrimmage – 10v10 with Rules
First to 3 goals wins.
Losers run 1 × 20 yd sprint, winners get water.
Keeps energy high & stakes real.
1:18–1:25 | RST Conditioning – 10 × 20-Yard Sprints
100% effort, 15 seconds rest.
Coaches time first and last sprint to test consistency.
1:25–1:30 | Wrap & Huddle
Review: late-game composure, riding/clearing discipline, playing at tournament speed.

Focus: Competitive game reps, tournament-style conditioning, and mental toughness under pressure.
0:00–0:08 | Agility + Competitive GB Battle
Sprint → Crossover Shuffle → Sprint (20 yds): simulates defensive recoveries.
GB Battle Lines: 2 lines facing each other, coach rolls ball between — winner clears to cone for point. Losers do 2 push-ups.
Cradle Sprint Relays: Teams race 30 yds cradling in strong/weak hand.
0:08–0:18 | 3v2 to 4v3 Continuous
Start with 3 attackers vs. 2 defenders from a GB.
On shot or turnover, next 3 defenders sprint in, 1 middie joins O to make it 4v3.
Repeat for non-stop action.
Teaches quick recognition and spacing in odd-man rushes.
0:18–0:28 | Partner Passing – Speed Challenge
30 seconds, as many accurate passes as possible (both hands).
Winners move up a line, losers drop down — creates skill ladder and urgency.
0:28–0:38 | Position-Specific “Live”
Attack: Dodging from X & wings vs. real defense, finish under pressure.
Midfield: Dodge → slide comes → make pass to next hot player.
Defense: Close-out and recover on rotating offense.
Goalies: 10 rapid-fire shots from mixed spots, simulate clearing under pressure.
0:38–0:48 | Tournament Ride/Clear Gauntlet
6 offensive vs. 6 defensive full-field.
Clearing team has 15 seconds to cross midfield.
Riders lock off, midfielders jump lanes.
Switch roles each rep.
Scoring: +1 for clear, +1 for ride turnover.
0:48–0:58 | End-Game Situations – 1 Goal Game
3 minutes on clock.
One team is up 1, other is down 1.
Play to win — no resets unless goal or clear turnover.
Run twice, switch which team is leading.
0:58–1:08 | 5v5 Full-Field Continuous
Coach throws GB, first 5 to scoop play offense until shot/turnover, then other team breaks out.
Continuous subbing from box to keep speed maxed.
1:08–1:18 | Championship Scrimmage – 10v10
Best-of-3 mini-games to 2 goals.
60-second shot clock to force pace.
Winner takes home the “practice championship belt” (could be actual prop for fun).
1:18–1:25 | RST Conditioning – 10 × 20-Yard Sprints
100% effort, 15 seconds rest.
Coaches time first and last sprint to test consistency.
